Happy Sunday Marzipanlings!
How’s things? I am merrily recovering from my recent tooth surgery, and have jumped head first back into my totally insane life. These past two weeks were quite busy around here, but I think that slowly but surely, they are beginning to be back under control. ::Here’s hoping::
Anywho, there were some amazing gems written this week around the blogosphere, so without further adieu, let’s dive in:
- I’ve been really liking Holla Back Health’s posts about bettering your healthy living blog, but I found this post particularly helpful – Five Ways to Create Better Blog Content.
- Also this week, Sui [of Cynosure] has touched upon one of my very, very favorite blog topics: How To Cultivate Your Own Brand of Awesome, filled with tips about how to remain true to yourself and authentic to your voice.
- This week Healthy Girl posted about Moving Your Body Through Recovery, a post about the importance of movement in bettering your body image and learning to love your body. I couldn’t agree more.
- I am so obsessed with these photos on the Natural Female Form! I want to take one myself and submit it, and encourage you to do the same if you are so inclined!
- The lovely Shannon of Superwoman Spirit has started a new blog project called Journey of Hearts, which is a compilation of so many of my favorite bloggers! This is sure to be an amazing project worthwhile of your immediate attention : )
- The amazing and interesting Rabbit Write has posted this week about the taboo of falling for bisexual men. What do you think about this taboo?
- I loved True Story: I’ve lost 60 Pounds. I’ve Got a 140 More To Go on Yes and Yes this week. Be sure to tune in to Yes and Yes shortly for my interview about my life as a cab driver!
- Kristi Marsti wrote a WONDERFUL post about loving her body, which I encourage you to run on over and read. Right now.
- Kendra wrote a great post about the difference between “physical” and “emotional” hunger on Voice in Recovery this week, something I pretty much need to print out and hang on my wall and very eloquently written.
- After my post on Friday about growing up in a queer household, Rachel shared an fantastic article that she wrote about kids that are now approximately my age and grew up with gay parents.
What amazing things have you read/written this week? I would love to know. xox.
