Happy Sunday Marzipanlings!
How are you? I’ve been having a little bit of a rough couple of days here at the Marzipan Palace, I think that transitioning from winter mode to summer mode is making me feel a little sluggish and stressed. Alas, the show must go on! And it’s Sunday! And I will be working the Coastal Wine Trail Kickoff Party this afternoon, so I’m quite certain that will be excellent.
Anywho. Here are some of my faaaavorite posts of the week for your Sunday reading pleasure. [And don't forget to comment below about something amazing YOU read/wrote this week.]
- Man, oh man, Mish has been on fire this week over at Eating Journey, check out both Big Boobs and One Body for two, very different, examples of her supreme excellence.
- Christie over at Honoring Health is steadily adding some major arsenal of tools support and enhance intuitive eating, and banish emotional eating once and for all. Her 5 Tools To Stop Emotional Eating is an excellent addition.
- Last week YumYucky’s Josie was demolishing her sugar addiction, but this week she is a ninja fitness calorie slashing guest poster over at MizFitOnline. The picture is priceless.
- Now, I already shared Jessica’s Daily Affirmation with you all [and PUHlease, if you haven't watched it, you absolutely must this do so this very second] – but over at Bits of Beauty there is an entire list devoted to How to Have an Awesome Day.
- Not that I’m obsessed with MizFit or anything [maybe just a little], but her post this week about not making excuses and moving forward with your life was like a little Godsend this week when I felt bad/sad/mad/bratty, and was dreaming up every excuse in the book to keep from having to work out.
- 31 Ways to Maintain a Healthy Sex Life. Just read it.
- This week on The Demoiselles, they posted about a postsecret image that makes me all kinds of sad/empathetic/heartbroken/nervous, and turned it into a rocking post about body shame. What do you think about it?
- This week I was also directed to an interview on Weightless with one of my very favorite twitter peeps, @voiceinrecovery. Scoot on over and read her awesomely brave and honest interview about eating disorder survival and advocacy: part one, part two.
Alright my loves – what have you been up to this week? Read/write anything fantastic? We absolutely need to know, so don’t be shy. xox.
