Hello hello.
I know that I appear to be slacking a little bit this week, but it’s carnival week in Provincetown and LET ME TELL YOU it has been insane around here. I also am very priviledged to have approximately one zillion leos in my life and have been essentially spending all of my free time in the cupcake factory.
That said – do not feel neglected because I have been thinking about you often! And, without further adieu, the homework for week five, which is very simple, as mostly I want you to be out in the last bit of sunshine before the season is over using your body: ie. swimming, jumping, dancing, hula hooping, and laughing.
In addition:
- Keep a daily gratitude list, writing down THREE to FIVE things that you are grateful every night before you go to sleep. Review upon waking and remember not to take things to seriously, we are deeping into the heavy middle of the summer, lets relax and enjoy ourselves.
